Ticket Management

Create new tickets and provide them with essential information. Priorities, photos, descriptions and damage identifiers. The ticket system can be coupled with the MAIN-TOOL Technical Asset Management. The tickets are then linked to the assets.

Through an IOT/control integration, the system creates tickets independently in this way:

  • Tickets are assigned to specific groups or persons/trades

  • The tickets are escalated via various notification workflows

  • The ticket tracking shows the progress of all tickets in the dashboard

Process tickets:
The tickets are processed with the help of the optional knowledge base.

IOT controller integration (optional):
We make the technology smart by sending the IOT controller signals to the core system. The tickets already contain a lot of information for the end devices.
